Just over two hours from Queenstown or 20 minutes from Invercargill, you can tour our amazing Foveaux Pāua farm and meet the team that hand raise our beautiful product.

Your 1-hour tour will start and finish at the Bluff Distillery. You will then step back in time, walking through a section of the former Ocean Beach freezing works now home to the Foveaux Pāua farm as well as some of the world’s most innovative on-land aquaculture projects.

At the heart of our story is the pāua farm itself. Visitors are invited on a guided tour through the full cultivation process, with the opportunity to purchase our premium product at the conclusion of the experience.
