we’re Putting Paua Back on the menu

Alongside the Silver Fern, Paua is a symbol of New Zealand’s national identity.  Blackfoot Pāua (Haliotis iris) love the shallow, cool coastal waters around Bluff and Stewart Island. We’ve recreated this environment on land to make it sustainable and scalable to meet the global demand for this delicacy.
